PHOTO GUIDELINES

For a wider wraparound design, use a clear panoramic photo with an approximate 2.4:1 width-to-height ratio, such as 1600 × 667 px. Higher-resolution images with the same proportions are welcome.

Square and portrait photos can also be used, but may cover a smaller area of the mug, leaving more white space.

If you want to crop your photo, please do so before uploading. Always check the personalisation preview before adding the mug to your cart.

The design covers the available print area, not the entire mug surface. White margins may remain near the handle and the top and bottom edges.
